Peerlink National Technical Assistance Center is a project of Mental Health Association of Oregon, a 501(c) (3) organization and is a federally funded national consumer/survivor technical assistance center through the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA).
We offer training in organizational capacity building, employment and financial self-sufficiency to people who use/have used mental health and/or substance abuse services. Peerlink facilitates peer-run programs and organizations to move beyond focusing on general support and advocacy to promoting social inclusion strategies. We believe that people with mental health and/or substance use challenges are empowered by working, having financial resources, and participating in their communities as informed citizens.
While we provide technical assistance and training nationally to a diverse range of stakeholders, we have a special focus on the following assigned states and territories:
Alaska, Arizona, California, Idaho, Hawaii, Nevada, Oregon, Washington, American Samoa, Commonwealth of Northern Mariana Islands, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, and Palau.
