The Career Fair allows Government and Nonprofit agencies to meet with candidates and alumni from
the 30 participating Minnesota 4-year colleges and universities and participating regional colleges.
Graduate Schools are not allowed to attend this event as exhibitors.

Table setup starts at 9:00 a.m. The career fair opens at 10:00 a.m.
Every rep attending the career fair must check in at the Employer Registration desk outside of
Coffman Great Hall and complete a name badge. We do not need rep names in advance.
The exhibit table is 6’ and only has space for four reps.
- 6’ table (table skirt is not provided)
- 2 chairs
- Signage (Name sign and booth number)
- Up to 2 lunch/refreshment tickets
Coffee, water, tea, fruit, and pastries are available during the employer setup starting at 9:00 a.m.. A box lunch is included starting at 11:30 a.m. for up to two reps, unless you purchased additional tickets. Limited vegetarian options are available. There is also food available for purchase in the Food Court at Coffman.
Up to 2 lunch tickets are included in your registration. Additional lunch tickets may be purchased during registration for $25. To add tickets after you've registered, email
brenton@togevents.com. The deadline for cancelling or changing your registration
is Tuesday, October 1, 2024. You may also purchase additional lunch tickets onsite for $25 via credit card by
visiting the Employer Registration desk.

You may ship your display or information prior to the job fair. Shipments should only arrive no more than
one day prior to the fair. The following is the address label that you will need to put on your shipment.

The following are directions for shipment after the fair:
- Pack your boxes and include a prepaid shipping label;
- Call your carrier;

All return shipments must be packaged with preprinted shipping labels.
*NOTE: There is a fee for packages that arrive more than 24 hours in advance or are left over more than
24 hours after the event. The fee is $25 per day.

There are no refunds after Tuesday, October 1, 2024.

Electrical requests are available on the online registration form and have limited availability. To add electricity after you've registered, email
brenton@togevents.com. The cost for electricity is $35. If you requested electricity, bring
your own extension cord to the fair to plug into the outlet. The deadline for cancelling or changing your registration is Tuesday, October 1, 2024.
There are places to hang coats throughout the facility. You are also welcome to keep your personal belongings at your table. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

Table locations are decided based on your registration date. Exhibit tables will be assigned two weeks prior to
the career fair and will be posted online under the
"View Booth Assignments" link on the right side bar menu.
We do not need to know the rep names in advance of the job fair.
Reps will complete a name badge onsite.
