Shipping

You may ship your display or information prior to the job fair. Shipments should only arrive no more than one day prior to the job fair. The following is the address label that you will need to put on your shipment.

Shipping After Career Fair
The following are directions for shipment after the fair:

1. Pack your boxes and include a prepaid shipping label;
2. Call your carrier;
3. Take your shipment to Room 309. Address for Coffman Memorial Union:
   300 Washington Ave SE, Room 309
   Minneapolis, MN 55455
   
   All return shipments must be packaged with preprinted shipping labels.
   
   *NOTE: There is a fee for packages that arrive more than 24 hours in advance or are left over more than 24 hours after the event. The fee is $25 per day.
